Lyme disease is caused by tics which are on mice, grass, dogs, yes they also travel on deer, but we are not going eliminate Lyme Disease by eliminating or thinning the deer herds. Although our 6th Amendment to the Constitution (Bill of Rights) guarantees a right to trial by jury; most people don’t get jury trials, something like point 2 of a point 2% get one. In two states a jury may not (have to) be unanimous. Lisa thinks our idea of a jury system is when everybody agrees and if there is reasonable doubt it’s a hung jury and maybe grounds for a re-trial.
